SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🇪🇺 Europe: 10–20 business days

🌍 International: 14–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold — check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at supportfitforgeco@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
